Snowden at SXSW: The NSA set fire to the future of the Internet

In a prominent South by Southwest look Monday morning, Edward Snowden implicated the National Protection Agency and the United States federal government of “setting fire to the future of the Web.”

With those incendiary words, and appearing in Austin by Google Hangout video clip transmitted via seven proxies from Russia, Edward Snowden dove into personal privacy and the ramifications of government snooping, and answered inquiries from the Internet at big through Twitter.
