From the home screen:

  1. Tap the Menu
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Wireless and networks or .. (depending on your version of Android).
  4. Tap Mobile Networks.
  5. Tap Access point names.
  6. Tap the Menu
  7. Tap New APN.
  8. Enter the following data into the onscreen form, without changing any other settings:

  1. Tap the Menu
  2. Tap Save.
  3. Enable the newly-added APN by ensuring the line is ticked, or the radio button is lit by tapping on it.
  4. Check the notification bar for 4G, H, 3G, E or G with up and down arrows beside it, which will indicate your connection is working.

MMS APN Settings

From the home screen of the device:

  1. Select Menu
  2. Select Settings
  3. Select Configuration
  4. Select Personal settings
  5. Select Options
  6. Select Add new
  7. Select Multimedia msg
  8. Select Account name, enter T-Mobile MMS and Select OK
  9. Select Server address, enter http://mms.msg.eng.t-mobile.com/mms/wapenc and Select OK
  10. Select Use pref. acc. pt. and Select No
  11. Select Acc point sett.
  12. Select Proxy and Select Enable
  13. Select Proxy address, enter and Select OK
  14. Select Proxy port, enter leave blank/not set and Select OK
  15. Select Bearer settings
  16. Select Pack. data acc. pt., enter epc.tmobile.com (for 3g service) OR fast.tmobile.com (for LTE/4G service) and Select OK
  17. Select Username, enter leave blank/not set and Select OK
  18. Select Back three times
  19. Press and hold your finger on the T-Mobile MMS name and Select Activate
  20. Select Back
  21. Select Def. config. sett. and Select Personal config
  22. Select Default
  23. Select Back twice to return to the home screen

Save this and then select this APN. You can now connect to internet after 2 minutes (if not working please try restarting your device and then connect).
